The search begins 

After  our initial discussion, we’ll explore our pool of listings as well as  other active listings to measure the market. We’ll routinely update you  on homes that we believe you’d like. We’ll make the  necessary adjustments to our strategy where needed and keep you briefed  on newly listed properties or homes that have recently been reduced in  price. 

With you Every step of the way

Once we've  found your prospective home, we will get to work negotiating the best  price for you. In addition to negotiating for the lowest price, we’ll  advise and guide you through the entire home buying process. In fact,  many people are needed to make the process run smoothly. Step 1: the creative team goes to work

We  take all our clients’ and listings very seriously, which is why we have  the best hyper-skilled professional design team. We use photography,  interactive digital tours, and cinematography to capture the  characteristics of the home and location and showcase it’s personality.  After we've assembled all the photos and footage we compose a refined  marketing package that is distinctly suited to the home. The final  result is always unique to the property since each needs to be marketed  accordingly. We don't have a "one size fits all" marketing plan. In  fact, we never end up with the same final product because each home is  different and needs to be treated accordingly. All this work allows the  buyer to truly experience the home rather than just have base knowledge  about it, thereby maximizing the home’s allure.

Hello  buyers, meet your new home. We present the property to the online  market by creating an exclusive website, featuring HD video, gorgeous  photos, plus polished descriptions about the home and surrounding  neighborhood. We also syndicate the home across all major listing sites  like Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com and more. We also post  properties to all our social media pages like Facebook, Twitter,  Instagram and Youtube. For traditional marketing, we create custom,  high-quality brochures and mailers with a universal aesthetic to match  the home's digital content.

Step 3: The hunt for the best offer

As  soon as prospective buyers begin responding, we guide the seller  through the process of accepting an offer.
